Types of Color Blindness Simulated

Protanopia — Red-blind. Affects ~1% of males. Reds appear dark/black.
Deuteranopia — Green-blind. Most common (1% males). Greens look red-brown.
Deuteranomaly — Green-weak. Most prevalent (5% males). Subtle red-green confusion.
Tritanopia — Blue-blind. Rare (<0.01%). Blues appear green, yellows appear pink.
Achromatopsia — Total color blindness. 1 in 33,000 people. All shades of gray.
Protanomaly — Red-weak. Reduced red sensitivity. A milder form of protanopia.
