¿Qué es una rueda giratoria?

Una rueda giratoria (también llamada rueda de decisión, rueda de selección aleatoria o herramienta de girar la rueda) es una herramienta de aleatorización que presenta opciones como segmentos de colores en una rueca. Cuando la giras, la rueda desacelera naturalmente y el segmento debajo del puntero es el ganador seleccionado al azar. Es una forma divertida y visualmente atractiva de tomar decisiones aleatorias.

Las ruedas giratorias son populares para actividades en el aula, obsequios, noches de juegos, tareas de equipo, decidir qué comer y cualquier situación en la que una selección aleatoria justa agregue emoción. Cómo utilizar la rueda giratoria

  1. La rueda comienza con 6 opciones predeterminadas: edítelas o reemplácelas según sea necesario.
  2. Escriba una nueva opción en el cuadro de texto y presione Agregar (o Enter) para agregarlo a la rueda.
  3. Elimine opciones individuales con el botón × al lado de cada una.
  4. Prensa ¡Girar! Para arrancar la rueda, gira durante 3 a 5 segundos y desacelera naturalmente.
  5. El ganador se anuncia en un banner emergente cuando la rueda se detiene.
  6. Prensa Reiniciar para restaurar las opciones predeterminadas, o Borrar todo para empezar desde cero.

When you press Spin, the tool generates a cryptographically random landing angle using Math.random(). The wheel then animates with multiple full rotations plus this random angle, decelerating with a cubic-bezier easing curve that mimics a real spinning wheel. The segment under the top pointer when rotation ends is the winner.

Yes. The winning segment is determined by a random number generated before the animation begins. JavaScript's Math.random() uses a non-deterministic seed, making each spin independent and uniformly distributed among all options. Each option has an equal probability of winning (1 ÷ number of options) assuming equal segment sizes.

Currently, options are stored in memory for your session. If you refresh the page, the wheel resets to defaults. To save your wheel, copy the list of options to a text file and paste them back in next time. A future update will add localStorage persistence so your options survive page refreshes automatically.
